Mi-T-M prides itself on the manufactures of a long line of pressure washers for either industrial or residential use.
The Mi-T-M pressure washer line contains over 130 models. Some are large and unwieldy while others are more of a hand held and portable. Some have direct drive or belt drive, electric, gasoline, diesel and natural gas.
What to expect and consider?
The design of a Mi-T-M pressure washer is that of a solid steel frame with wheels and an open modular look. The different components such as the engine and the pump are all exposed. This makes them easy to remove and maintain.
Something to consider is application. When getting a pressure washer to clean regular dirty surfaces then a cold water washer is best. When cleaning greasy surfaces such as grills and engines then a hot water washer would be best.
How long and hard will you work is a next thing to consider. When working on long projects that require over 20 hours per week then a belt drive pressure washer is best.
When under then a direct drive is preferred as it is more powerful overall.
How loud of a machine can you tolerate. Electric washers are quieter but gas washers are far more powerful.
It should be noted that Mi-T-M gas washers are more powerful and versatile than the electric washers therefore when going about getting a washer from Mi-T-M a gas powered washer is expected.
Their Focus and Aesthetics.
Mi-T-M is focused on delivering the basics and doing so exceedingly well. There whole intention is to provide a product that will do what is expected of it.
The result is that they focus less on aesthetics and more on predictability or precision of their products. These products tend to be built on a solid steel frame with different components or sections attached in a modular manner.
Therefore components can be removed easily for repairs or isolated for defects. The modular design is a great design for someone who understands the equipment in and out as it would allow them to be able to repair or fit out a module relatively quickly.
This ensures that the machine won’t ever be out of commission very long if it ever requires repairs. (Though this is relatively unlikely due to the precision care put into a Mi-T-M product).
The Mi-T-M pressure washers contain several components that are outsourced. One such component is the engine.
Most of the Gasoline series power washers use the Honda OHV engine by Honda, which can be purchased separately.
Some use a Subaru OHC engine by Subaru. Meanwhile the Electrical series tend to use a fan cooled coil from several suppliers. The pumps however are Mi-T-M patented and have their precision built in.
The modular design however enables the owner to stock pile various parts in case one gets worn out. This is a big boost to commercial companies especially.
They tend to operate their machines for over 30 Hrs. a week and require maintenance every other month or so.

Mi-T-M WP-3200-0MHB WP (Work Pro) Series Pressure Washer
This item uses 3200 PSI pressure generating engine. The engine is gas powered and is a 196cc Honda OHV Engine. It is clearly in the mid-range pressure washer group.
It does pack some power that may allow it a little more versatility than the lower end pressure washers. It should be able to clean some industrial surfaces albeit not as well but would get the job done.
It would also be able to give a good scouring to vehicle exteriors, engines, driveways, cobblestones, greasy surfaces and home exteriors. This versatility allows it to be a more all in one item.
The engine uses a 2.4 GPM of water usage. This is not very low but doesn’t need to be as a more high end pressure washer would do well with a higher gallon per minute spray.
There is a direct drive crankshaft Mi-T-M pump that is a fairly standard engine pump that gets the job of pumping water done.
The powder coated steel frame and base plate with 114-inch tube handles make it sturdy and a little easy to carry around but it also makes it heavy.
Pros:
- A high cc engine that will keep it running for longer
- The PSI per GPM is superb compared to most options on the market. A lot of other options would use up to 3 gallons for the same amount of PSI
- Price is very reasonable
- Wheels means it can move easily

2700PSI Pressure Washer
The 2700PSI Pressure Washer by Mi-T-im is a decent pressure washer to have for the un-initiated.
This item however outputs a 2700 PSI outflow. This is a mid-range pressure washer as well but a little less versatile when it comes to industrial uses but like the previous option should be able to wash the following: vehicle exteriors, engines, driveways, cobblestones, greasy surfaces and home exteriors.
The 208 cc mi-t-m OHV engine is able to store a lot of fuel and allow for a longer running time than what would mostly be expected.
This is a good buy especially for commercial purposes where it would be good to have it working for a long a running time as possible.
The modest 2.3 GPM is alright and somewhat expected for a high pressure washer such as this.
The overall body is a welded steel frame with 10 inch pneumatic wheels allowing for easy transport.
The height of the pressure hose is 25 feet. It is wire braided internally to make it strong and durable.
Pros:
- A good buy for a person that wants a decent amount of multi-functionality along with a decent work time.
- Decent price
- 10 inch wheels that can navigate any terrain
- High cc content gives it a long running time before refueling.
Cons:
- The hose is a few feet short of 30 feet which is the minimal lengthy for dealing with two stories.
